Last night, when I watched the season finale of White Collar, I saw the scene of Neal leaping across from the roof of one tram to the other while both were in mid-air above the water like it was practically nothing…
First thought in my mind was “Good lord! How can you NOT be an ex-Robin in canon?!??!?!!”
So, I don’t know if you’ve seen any of the sneak peaks for the coming White Collar episode, but they mention a nine-year-old Neal stopping by a pool hall on his way home from school in St. Louis. It sounds like he was already a hustler at that age. You could maybe do a small something about this if it tickles your fancy?
I also just have to mention that you are hands down my favorite fanfiction author ever, and I wish you the best of luck in getting published.
Cheers!

Thank you for the prompt! I’ll think about it tonight and try to have something to share tomorrow.
I’ve hit a bit of writer’s block with the projects I’m working on. I need a break.
Does anyone want a drabble written for them? Please leave a prompt request in my ask box.
Here are the fandoms I can write for:
DC Universe
White Collar
Final Fantasy VI, VII, VIII, X, XII, Tactics
Full Metal Alchemist
Warehouse 13
Weiß Kreuz
Silent Hill
If you have a fandom that is not on the list, but you’d like to see me try and write, feel free to suggest it. I may know it and have just forgotten.
Please send me your requests and I’ll be more than happy to try and fill them!
EDIT: Just remembered that Tumblr is a bitch at times for eating messages. If you don’t trust Tumblr either to deliver the request, then feel free to e-mail me at hourglassthorne @ gmail . com (sans spaces of course)
“I’ve never cared about how successful or how big I was going to be. I just wanted to be part of a story that affected people, made them laugh or cry. To me, that was more important than having my face on some billboard” - Matt Bomer
This describes how I feel about writing creatively in a nutshell. Thanks Matt! <3
The Batman/White Collar crossover story Confidence Lost is now completed.
It’s taken six months, thirty-three chapters, and nearly 80k words, but the story is finally done. I hope all of you who were following the tale enjoyed the ride. It was a pretty wild one at times.
For those of you who have finished reading the story, I’m inviting all of you to send in your questions and comments about Confidence Lost. If there’s anything you want to know about this combined DC/WC world I created, a plot point that needed clarifying, or the status of certain characters throughout or after the timeline of the story, then feel free to ask. I will answer them and post the responses publicly here.
Summary: Everything about Neal Caffrey’s past prior to his 18th birthday is a mystery, even to him. However, when someone unexpectedly recognizes him by a name that he has never used as an alias before, he learns that the biggest con of his life is literally his life.
